We have been very happy with services at Chase in Davis - Checking, Financial Advising and Private Banking - with the exception of the loan officer who was a no-show on both appointments she made with us. This was disappointing

This poor rating is due to the genius who decided to put the ATMs behind a locked door. I love Chase Bank, but this location needs reworked.

Dont even bother! I asked to be put on my moms account and receive a card for it starting the 8th of June. What I thought was a simple banking task turned out to be an impossibility. Its now the 22nd of July and I havent received anything! I followed up multiple times in person, and over the phone. They couldnt verify my passport. Was told if I didnt receive the card in time that they would call me and I could set up Apple Pay. This never happened. I was told that the verification team was missing pieces of information of forms that were having to be redone multiple times. No one ever followed up.. ever! I always had to call them. I rang yesterday and was promised a call back that again never happened. I strongly recommend to use another bank as it appears its big bank policy to never follow up. This seems like such a common service that any bank should be able to provide. Im outraged and will be recommending everyone I know to change banks!
