This location is now closed, I will be closing my Bank of America account. Bank of America has closed alimony all of their locations near me. There use to be 3 locations near me, now there is none. Bank of America has plenty of funds to keep these ATM only locations open for their customers.

I had a pleasant experience opening a checking account. The bank employee named Sam, was a huge help, very informative & super friendly! I highly recommend him!

The physical location is quite nice. Quiet, clean, and not crowded. However, some of the employees don't seem very knowledgeable. Cristina in particular couldn't answer any of my simple questions regarding my checking accounts OR my credit cards (questions like monthly fee, annual fee etc). She had to call her coworker/manager to answer my questions, and when I wanted more answers, she took a very long time to check me in and made many mistakes. Once with the banker, Lyssa was her name, she also couldn't answer my questions without spending a very long time on her computer. Answers were very vague and generic, honestly I should've just called customer service instead of coming in.

I prefer this branch on Second Street over the one on E Street downtown which is often crowded especially when UC Davis is in session.  Lines here are usually no more than a couple people.  Not infrequently, there is no line at all.  The ATM machines are indoors in the well lit lobby where an ATM card is needed for access after hours which I think is better for security.
