        Very busy place. I showed up 7:10 AM on Friday, there were 5 people ahead of me already. Tire replacement was done in few hours, then they charged me $250 for real stop light bulbs and license plate bulb replacement, and I feel ripped off with the bulb charge.

        Drop off my car for tire problems without appointment.After 5 hours I called .I was told it's was done...After arriving the car still in same place untouched....Unbelievable !!!...Talked to the this person ( unprofessional young guy and very rude ..why I was told the car was fix .." very busy.." ok fine don't need to lie to customers and waste their time ..Took my car fix else where ..But other customer people are very nice and professional

        Made an APPOINTMENT the night before, checked in at 12, staff told me its supposed to be done at 2. Waited 2 hours in the mall and came back, only to be told by another staff: You can pick it up by tomorrow. Theyre not supposed to tell you its gonna be ready by 2, if you want to wait, we can get it done by 5. I don't know why the other guy told you that, but he shouldn't. We typically didn't accept WALK-INs. Well, bye.
