image Our interactions have primarily been with the Service Dept. Gary and Henry are always available to provide you with the highest quality of service. Initially, we're greeted by Jennifer, who always has a smile in her voice. The SSF facility is fairly new and it always looks clean and provides a professional atmosphere. The staff looks happy and appear to be proud to work for Cadillac.

image They told me they have the car available for sale then after wasting my time going there and waiting for about an hour they said its sold when I was getting ready to sign the paperwork. Not trustworthy!

image Where do I start. The service rep. Henry Miron provided the worst customer service I have ever had, I mentioned this to him btw. He would not return text or phone calls. Only after constantly bugging Miron to get an update on the status of my vehicle repair did he respond. I complained to the service manager and dealership managers...nothing changed. I had to take my vehicle back 5 times for them to fix stuff they didn't fix the first time. To illustrate the incompetence of the service techs, they installed the wrong oil filter on my vehicle...how do you install the wrong oil filter? It took them a week to figure out the oil lead was coming from the installation of the wrong oil filter. They sold be a bad battery, they had to replace it. They sold me bad tires that leak air resulting in me taking my vehicle to the gas station every few days to put in air in my tires. They blame the lead on my rims, funny I never had a leak before they installed the new tires. They broke a bolt on my engine I found lying on the ground under my vehicle after I got home, I had to take it back to be fixed. One day after bringing my vehicle home my transmission goes out, coincidence? I highly recommend you avoid using Cadillac of South San Francisco for any reason. Oh, and I complained to the dealership, I received customary response from their online review monitory, but beyond that cricket, no response.
