We like shopping at Target. The products are mainstream, prices good, store is roomy.

Target needs a better online ordering system. I ordered a bike, and I was the told the order was ready. When I got to the store, they told me they had run out of stock! I wasted $50 to Uber to the Target for the bike, and several hours of my time! If I order something, it should be reserved. Its not OK to pull the rug from under me like that.

So angry with the customer service! Just remember if you buy something by pickup, dont buy additional items in the store. You need to pickup and checkout separately now. And the self checkout machine is locked. You have to take the line again and again.
