I purchased vacuum cleaner. It broke after 8 months. But I had purchase protection on that and the product was discontinued so they gave me the next model for no cost

There is a reason why there is a clearance sale for a closing store the store is closing and not getting restocked.
The help/service desks are the actual registers, which means consumers have to wait in line behind other consumers that already have what they need. The people manning the positions are cashers, not actual customer service knowledgeable.
Do not be fooled by the website product to store location availability, they do not have it in stock and ordering it online would be less tedious and stressful.

Worst service ever. They said they would deliver in 4 days. Turns out it's in 12 weeks. What a joke

Just scheduled an oil change with them online and they canceled my order without any reason.
