Sears Hometown Store

Love this little hometown location. I have bought almost every appliance in my home from this store. In the era of online shopping, locations like this will always win!  No better customer service anywhere!  The women who has worked there for years (I'm sad I can't remember her name, but she's always the one working), always goes above and beyond to give us the best deal, matching any competitors prices.  She even goes as far as to look at the reviews and make suggestions on what would be the best option.  During Covid, they even had the best selection of in stock freezers, you couldn't find one anywhere, even online! I hope this store is around for many many more years. It's a true gem.

You would be a fool to purchase anything here. I leased a washer and dryer here, have been making the lease payments for 3 months now, but still have not received my washer. They wont stop the payment, claiming i signed a contract, of course they dont care that the contract also stated i would have my merchandise. The order has been delayed 6 times already, they never bother to call to let me know it was delayed, i always end up calling them the next day. Every time i talk to the manager, or at least i assume shes a manager, she blames it on someone else and tells me to call them about it. Shes given me a warehouse phone number that no one would answer, and a owners phone number that was disconnected. Shopping here was a mistake, trapped me in a contract paying for something they wont give me.
