I arrived at the location on Friday 4/28/23, I was assisted by Rosalia. My experience was not so great, because after she saw my last name, she made a comment about it sounding Hispanic, which I informed her that, it is. She then says, oh are you Hispanic? I say, yes. Rosalia then says, you dont look it! It took everything in me not to engage but I definitely felt very offended since there are so many beautiful shades within the Hispanic community. But Rosalia must have seen my locs and Carmel skin and made assumptions. Maybe a bank teller shouldnt be offering her opinion on if my appearance corresponds or relates to her definition of Hispanic or anyones race for the matter.

They are very bad at handling cash. They dont run my cash in front of me. They take the money at the back away from me and and count it on a machine that does not even work properly unless you try 6-7 times. They are very shady. Chase is the best bank. Ill switch my business account to chase.
