These guys took great care of me and I blew a huge wad in that store with a smile on my face. Viva Italian. Viva Dianese. Viva to great Italian bike accessories designed by this company.

    Customer service is not good. I purchased a sale item based on size chart measurements, size charts online were not accurate, had to return the item and there is no way to exchange only return. Sale is no longer available so I cant afford the item anymore. Big disappointment.

    Christian (Costa Mesa) from consumer care was extremely helpful in making sure that my order was processed and shipped (even though the item was originally out of stock) after further investigation, it had in fact been processed. They kept me informed the entire time on every update and were extremely prompt with responding to emails/questions. Will be using again. Thank you!

    This company has gone way downhill in quality of their products and their customers service. Their Tutu leather is bulky and cumbersome, their d-skin new leather is super thin and flimsy like fabric. Their size charts are way off. Their e commerce system is faulty and lets customers buy stuff that is out of stock or shops wrong items out. And they charge you when you checkout rather than when stuff ships, so then you have to wait weeks for a refund on items that they sold but were out of stock. Their customer service reps are sometimes newbies who know too little, experienced guys who seem to read from a script but dont have sufficient hands on experience with the products, or guys with bad attitudes. Too many of their store sales reps often seem like newbies in the Sf, Seattle, NYC, and Costa Mesa stores. These are high priced items that deserve reps with real knowledge and experience with the products and attitudes that appreciate high end clients. Thats far from the situation at this company. And their armored leathers are so poorly fitting that theyre uncomfortable and even painful. On top of that they too easily shrink with mild sweat over time, and they say thats normal! Sure, when you use cheap and thin leather, its to be expected. But they sell it for very high prices. Ive worn their highest end jackets, pants, boots, gloves, and track suits. Not nearly worth the money and headaches. Check out their competition. Vanson is the way to go for quality leather riding gear.
