I purchased a suit with overnight delivery of an additional $40. 3days passed and finally received a FedEx confirmation stating it will be delivered the next day. When checking the next day, package says it wasn’t even dropped off. I called beach bunny customer service 3 times and left voicemails after voicemails, no reply. When calling their company it automatically sends you to voicemail. There are no representatives answering your call, the phone is just DEAD. I then sent 2 emails, and finally received a reply. I was leaving for trip in 2 days and that’s why I paid the extra $40 for overnight shipping. When I received the email from the company, they gave me a run around for over a day. Stating they were going to try to contact the warehouse. I never heard back from them!! I had to email 2 more times to get a reply. Long story short they are the most unprofessional company I have dealt with. I now an s*** out of luck. I’m leaving tomorrow for my trip and I don’t have a suit, which I well planned for. I already filed a claim with the BBB and will continue to post my experience with this awful company. Still no solution on their end, it’s as if they can’t even think! Come on guys... pull it together, it is NOT that hard. Just send a new order and call it a day!!!!!!

It is very sad to write a poor review for this company, however after multiple frustrating experiences with the corporate office with online orders I feel I need to save others the headache. First, their website makes errors during ordering process causing incomplete shipments leading to not getting order that was wanted due to out of stock. Result no product and hassle of returns. Second, website when ordering especially if they have a sale the site cant handle the traffic and will add or subtract cart items resulting in wrong sizing being delivered and the company will not exchange. I have received duplicate items at my expense also due to this poor website, I gave duplicate item to friend as it was not returnable. Today I asked to just exchange a size on an item but because it was a flash sale item,"which by the way after the sale goes to full price" I cant return or exchange. It was finally said I could return item at my expense of shipping for a credit and then reorder item for full price. I am so disappointed that they can't just exchange the item for a larger size, which by the way I also tried to change size immediately after ordering literally two minutes later and was told no cant do that. This was also an error due to heavy traffic from sale that was happening. Company will not do anything to accommodate and on top of it all think its ok to handle business in this fashion. Im not sure of others but you do this over and over to to many people and sales will be affected. I only wanted an exchange on an item not a refund I advise those of you wanting to get a beach bunny steer clear of the online sales you can be stuck with a pricey item that does not fit and no recourse.
