Chris (real estate agent) and Diana (managed closing process) Arrieta were fantastic in helping us close on a home quickly and efficiently. A great team, they're both very responsive and communicative and make sure to cover everything. No matter what concerns you may have, Chris as the realtor always makes sure to find the answer. Reliable and really sweet, we appreciate both of them. There was a house he had listed for a different client; when we looked at the house he was honest about all aspects of the property and didn't try to push it in any manner. We really appreciated the transparency. Highly recommend Chris and Diana Arrieta!

I mentioned to Keven and Kelly that I was interested in selling one of my properties and they both took the time to come check it out, prepared a full comp market analysis, gave me suggestions on cost-effective things I could do to make the property more valuable, and gave me an honest assessment of what the home could sell for. Thoroughly impressed by them and would highly recommend.
