        I visited Ralph Lauren South Coast Plaza this afternoon around 6pm with my service dog. Instead of addressing my needs or offering assistance, the lady at the entrance focused solely on questioning the legitimacy of my service dog. She followed us throughout the store as if we would steal something and never asked us if we needed anything. Very cold and snobbish atmosphere. I wouldnt shop there. I just went shopping to MaxMara and Sandro, at least they have nicer staff. Maybe they should go take classes there to acquire customer service skills.
