        The manager, Ryan, at this store is rude and completely unprofessional. He is more interested in spewing company policy than actually helping customers. He did this to my mother in person and to me over the phone.

        Eileen Fisher in South Coast Plaza is a great store. The staff is very accommodating. The brand is my go to for quality clothing. My EF clothing last years and holds up. The colors don't fade, fabrics keep their shape and they are comfortable. Their are styles and sizes for everyone. They have accessories. They have a rewards program too!

        Extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming storeespecially if you happen to walk in with your children. Ive never felt so unwanted in a store before. No greeting just a very watchful, stank eye the entire time I browse. Shop online or via Nordstrom. Avoid this store and the unpleasant ladies collecting a paycheck here.
