Joe's Jeans

There's no zero star option so take this one star VERY lightly. This companies customer service is terrible. There was a fraudulent purchase for a pair of jeans made of over $250 dollars. When Joe's was contacted we were told that we would still have to pay for return shipping for a purchase that was never authorized. After some back and forth they said a return label would be sent over, but surprise surprise it never was. That's when we realized the bank would be the only way to get the money back. Come to find out THIS company who charges $200 plus dollars for their merchandise filed a dispute and fought hard against someone who is just trying to make a living. That amount of money may not seem like a lot to Joe's but it makes a huge impact to us. The company who emphasizes "their ability to distinguish themselves from the pack" are really proving that they don't care about people just their own capital gain.

My husband and I went to the store today without the intention of buying anything. We ended up purchasing a few pairs of jeans; we could not resist the memorial day discount, lol. The two ladies who assisted us, Naami and another super nice lady, were beyond nice and friendly. Thanks again.

Saw a shirt I loved in the window. The sign said 30% off entire store. I went to go buy it and they sales person said not on the shirt I picked out.  Don't put a sign up that says entire store and then say no Very disappointed.  By the y t
