Elli was awesome; she helped my wife find a solution for her stolen phone. She was very knowledgeable and well-experienced in carrier services and number porting. She offered her direct number so we could reach out to her directly if we had any questions. VZW, thank you for having Elli on your team. She is a great example of customer service excellence

Not a friendly place, Bought a new samsung s24 ultra, having trouble getting it hooked up, this place won't even talk to you about solving your problem unless you pay them 30 bucks up front to help you, what happened to good ol customer service when you buy a new device ??? never again for this location, have to try a different place, don't think Verizon would operate like this, not good business practice

Weve been customers with Verizon for over 16 years and this was the worst service weve received. We were accused of fraud got our account blocked and then was told that the store was closing in an hour in a half and that they couldnt help us any longer. To call customer service.
