Tatiana Gordon, the branch operations manager went over and beyond today, on Friday the 13th. I had an issue regarding a check in a large sum. Without going into all the long details Tatiana said what she was going to do and executed my issue quickly. Was very professional and extremely nice. Which is very hard to come by these days. Thank you very much for your Professionalism.

If I could do zero stars I would. Went there today - had to go in person because of cyber security- the manager said she was busy w something else & could not help & the banker was at lunch. Finally we talked to the banker who asked us if we were healthy- he said only healthy people could sit in his office. we are seniors - and fine thankfully - he seemed to think only seniors can get the Covid19 virus. I found it insulting and unprofessional. I asked him if he was healthy & if he traveled out of the country lately. He had dis infection wipes on the console behind him. As my husband and I sat down to talk w him, I asked him if I could have a disinfectant wipe & he said it's not for hands - I said I need it for the chair & arms.He  told me that those were his own sanitizing wipes & he could not give me one. I went to the front and asked someone else & they handed me one precious sanitizer wipe. Wells Fargo had no wipes for customers or hand cleaner of any sort. I understand there's a shortage. A couple of weeks ago the banks could've had them available & should wipe the door handles as much as possible. Many stores have them and always do in an emergency or not. My office has them all over. My office at this point has asked us to not come in unless needed.  If they are open & serve the public it should be mandatory to have some kind of hand cleaning item available.

I came into this location  today to close my account because Wells Fargo is charging me fees that are not mine. And Bobby in Murrieta ca on cal oaks is so rude etc etc etc Sarah at 3600 east coast hwy in Newport is wonderful and very sweet and kindSarah you are a true sweetheart Steve A you are so wonderful as well :)Monique
