This "hotel" is owned or operated by the most unprofessional scammers I have ever encountered. My brother secured a room for his family and mine for Christmas night so that we would not have to drive back to Sacramento after celebrating Christmas with family. He secured it through Priceline under his name, with the my name as well. That morning he didn't feel well and called to make sure I would be able to check in without him, as he thought maybe he should stay home. When he called the man told him, no I would not be able to check in without him and he would not be able to cancel. He told the man he would be there and check in after 3pm. When he arrived, the man would NOT allow him to check in without me, as I was listed as a guest too, even though the reservation was made by my brother and paid for using his credit card. My brother asked for a manager or the owner, or someone who would be above him, but was refused. After talking with Priceline over the phone, they contacted the hotel to alter the reservation without my name so my brother could check in, but the hotel REFUSED to alter or change the reservation. My brother was charged for the room after they refused to register him for a room reserve and paid for by him. It made absolutely no sense and two families had to drive home in incredibly dense fog at 11pm Christmas night. My parents were disgusted and could not believe this could happen. We have stayed at this hotel a couple times in past and it is a shabby little hole, that shouldn't be more than $50 a night. And the owners NEVER Honor the price the reservation is for and to turn away someone that has paid for such ludicrous reason should be investigated for double booking and fraudulent activities. At the very least, my brother should receive a FULL REFUND AS HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD HIS "GUEST" WOULD ALSO NeedED TO BE PRESENT, when he called ahead to ask about me being able to check in without me!!! Christmas THIEVES!

WEVE BEE. TRAVELING FOR14 YEARS AND MUST SAY THIS IS THE FIRST AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN THAT IVE ENJOYED STAYING AT. VERY NICE QUIET AND PLEASANT TO STAY AT. ROOMS AND BATHROOMS ARE NICE AND CLEAN. PLENTLY OF PARKING AND HANDICAP PARKING. REFRIG AND MICROWAVE THAT ARE CLEAN AND WORKS WELL. THEY HAVE DISPLAY CASES IN THE HALLWAY. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK TO THIS AMERICAS BEST AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
