edit::: bumping review since hotel didnt seem it was important enough to notice or apologize: 911 AVOID 911 The worst experience in YEARS!!! Filthy room that smells like cigarette smoke. Drug dealers literally circling the parking lot on foot. We had to BEG for a bottle of water at the front desk after scrounging for quarters only to find out their vending machine was out the front guy went back and says Dont tell anyone I have these to you. A water trade was more illicit to them than the dealers wandering the parking lot. Also, when we moved the chair in front of the door to barricade it for safety, we discovered a rotten apple under it. That was the last straw.

It's a solid 3 star motel. Good for 1-3 nights sleep. Not a place to hangout. There is some homelessness and folk who are under the influence of alcohol/ drugs. Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Got the 2nd floor room next to check in : was quiet and felt safe.
During our stay, about 1/2 the time we saw or heard a commontion (drugs/ etoh / homelessness/ woman screaming/ police etc.).
The room was very clean. Comfortable. Had what we needed and the continental breakfast was a nice option ( but the Safeway is an even nicer option nearby).
For $100 bucks per night, I can't complain. The area is what it is. We are seeing a large influx of homeless and drug use in neighborhoods like this. Just be aware and cautious and all should be fine.
Be nice to the staff: they were very helpful and kind.
Rooms: Clean - microwave/ sink / mini fridge/ tv / ac - heater. Large jet tub / shower with hot water .
Safety: Homeless/ etoh - drug users. Lots of people in some form of distress.
Walkability: Not walkable. 2x 3 Lane road fast busy traffic. Not near any downtown or walkable area.
Food & drinks: Lots of fast food and a Safeway.
