Very bad front desk staff, bathrooms in a lobby lock. Cold breakfast. Hatd to find a rooms location and no staff to help you. Walkability: Keys lock changes very often even you stay there 3 days

It really sucks that your breakfast ends at 9. Unlike other hotels til 10am. I missed it by few minutes.. younguys should think about maybe breakfast at least til 9:30? There for we won't be back.. unfortunately..

Worst hotel ever. Spent a few times there hoping it'd get better...has gotten worse. Carpets are filthy and spots all over. Door has gap all around it and lets in air and bugs. The smell is horrible when you enter room. There is mold around the sink. The paint is chipping around drain in tub. The tub fixture is extremely hard to turn on water especially for anyone with limited mobility. Bathroom is so small that opening the door, you almost hit the toilet. The noise is HORRIBLE! Supposed to be non smoking...yeah right. Complained to front desk...they didn't do anything!! Breakfast is not good and small selection of everything. Beds are so horribly UNCOMFORTABLE and high you have to be extremely tall person to get on them. Not good for short people or children/elderly. Only 1 ice dispenser on whole side of building, made it painfully horrible to get to with my mobility impaired self. Overall = needs to be torn down and replaced with better hotel chain!!!!
