Wells Fargo Bank

Was told by a supervisor at corporate to head on down to the Clearlake branch to have the manager remove a hold that was placed on a check.45 minutes each way and 3 hours on the phone that morning. Manager at the Clearlake branch tells me she does not have the authority to remove the hold. They have told me 4 different reasons why they can not remove the hold and none of them are true according to corporate. Avoid this bank at all costs. A 10 day hold on a check is unheard of and will never happen again as I will be closing all 5 of my Wells accounts including my Amex account thru them. Do not use Wells Fargo period. Especially this branch and their horrible management.

Ive been to many Wells Fargo branches and so far this one is the best. Eulalia Alvarez was super helpful so as the branch manager!

I went into the branch last week to open a savings account. Been a customer of WF for nearly 40 years. I was directed to do it online. I said I didnt want to do it online. I just wanted to open a savings account. I was informed that if I wanted to open an account thru the branch I would need to make appointment for the following week!! I guess I will go to another bank with my $$$$$$$$$$ and I am sure I wont have to make an appointment in another week to put my money in the bank!! Customer service??

This bank is easy to use easy access from highway and fast.

They really take care of their customers as if they were dealing with family great people two outside ATMs and Wells Fargo reliability
