        ***FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT*** I WAS SOLD EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALER! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from this dealer in February 2023. I was not given an option to purchase without being charged almost $1000 for a LoJack system that I did not want. After requesting the LoJack account information multiple times, Carco did not have the information. I took the car back to Carco for them to investigate only to have the employee state he was going to bring my vehicle to an installer to have the LoJack installed! Carco refuses to respond to e-mails or the complaint filed to the BBB. All I am asking for is a refund for the equipment that I did not receive! I WAS SOLD EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALER! BUYER BEWARE!
