        ONE STAR SERVICE DEPARTMENT THREE HOURS FOR 5000 miles service, no follow up and had to call twice asking whats my car status. When dropped off had to wait for the customer rep to finally make some time. I was charged $4.95 for windshield washer fluid when I know my car was full since I use RAIN X, so thats a rip off. Dont know what else I was charged for that wasnt done since no one bother to explain.

        These people gave me pretty low sale price online but said I could negotiate a price but when I went there Oscar Pacheco offered to buy my car for only $500 which is way lower than the online offer and my car is in great condition and worth a lot more. It was a complete waste of my time. I would not trust them, they were very dishonest. I would go somewhere else to sell or trade my vehicle.

        Car has fewer than 8000 miles and the brakes do not seem to be working properly. When I brought the car for the first service, I was told that the brakes had go for diagnostics. I need to schedule that separately and it would cost $187 just for the diagnostics. C'mon KIA, that is not right.

        We just bought a new Forte with Rene at Chula Vista Kia and we will never go back to another dealer as long as Rene is still here. He is very knowledgeable about all the models and spent a lot of time going over the features before and during the test drive before we even agreed to buy the car. He treated us with the utmost courtesy and respect and never pressured us. We negotiated a very fair price quickly. He really values his customers and has told us we can call him anytime for help or assistance with the car. Leo did the finance paperwork part and he really did a great job patiently explaining everything. He is a really neat guy and I probably made the process longer because he is such a caring and interesting person I couldnt stop talking to him. If you are shopping around for a new Kia , dont waste time visiting other dealers. You will definitely get the best price and the best customer experience with these guys.
