    I took my 2022 Maverick in today for my 10k mark and oil change. I dropped it off and I went to work down the street. Convenient that way since I'm working down the street. Got my car back and everything is great. Juan Luna was great with my service today! I have a recall for the side airbag that has to be ordered and when it comes in I'm going to bring it back into them. So far they have done a great job. Also, I purchased my 2022 Maverick from this location and the buying process was great. No markups. The ordering for it was super fast. From the time I placed the order to the time I picked it up was only 2 months! Fast!

    Ive bought many cars from Ford dealers. My experience here wasnt the best. And I will not be buying from here again. Bought a truck, after hours of working towards the final price and signing the first document they use to lay out the cost of everything. Somehow someway from the sales person (Eric)to the finance guy (Carlos) the price changed. !!!GET A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR AGREEMENT && VERIFY your loan amount, features, addons, etc. Do not let them do the digital signing, they do not disclose your contract correctly how they should. This Gives them the opportunity to use shady sale tactics and adding additional products and services you did not agree too. Signed a 6.9% interest on the agreed final price ++ an extra amount added per the finance team because he sold me on something I did not agree to I did sign unknowingly of the changes, now Im having to pay interest on their mistake. The sales person and the finance team admitted to their mistake (via text per the sale person) three month later no resolution. Ill admit it was rushed toward the end after 4 hours ++ of being there I should of opened the digital agreement and looked it over. But thats their sales tactic, take as long as they can and want want so you become impatient and just sign. I made a large down payment, they could of just refunded the discrepancy. But not they want you to waste your time going back and forward trying to solve the problem. The sales person did his part and had sympathy for the issue. However nothing was resolved.

    Service is terrible. Have had to take two of the cars somewhere else after CVFs service. They also messed up one of the services and left us thinking our brake fluid was leaking. Also, every time we call parts whoever answers is very rude and dismissive. Not coming back.

    I just purchased a 2022 Ford Edge. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like I was family. Even though I have gone in after my purchase for other reasons, every single time I go in they are they warmest, most professional people and it's absolutely the best customer service experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Shout out to Rene Cubillas Lopez in sales, Carlos Ortiz in Finance and assistant manager Leo, as well as the sales manager! It has been a pleasure to work with all of you! I absolutely love my new car, the interest they were able to negotiate and the experience they provided was top notch. Thank you!

    Ordering a vehicle from Chula Vista Ford was the worst decision and experience I've ever had in any dealership. I ordered a Ford F-150 Raptor in November 2022 It was manufactured with all my personal and desired customizations, I even put down a deposit to ensure the truck was rightfully mine when it arrived. Only to arrive to the dealership and have the salesman who I dealt with the whole time leave me at the front desk with another salesman just to tell me there was just "bad news"  he told me the  truck I ordered was sold off. They lied and said the truck was sold yesterday but that's not true as they were calling me to go pick up the truck the same day it was supposedly sold, It was undeniably obvious they sold off the truck for a higher commission to another customer. CHULA VISTA FORD IS DEFINITELY NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!! NO WONDER THEY HAVE AN (F) ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
