Ford of Chula Vista

Do not come here to get car serviced!! It’s going on 3 weeks since I had my car towed here to get fixed (3rd time in less than a year car needed repairs). I understand due to the pandemic there may be delays but 3 weeks without my car being worked on, barely able to reach service provider for updates, work order still not approved and not having the part ordered is absolutely ridiculous. On top of this I’ve had to pay out of pocket for a rental car and told that I would only be reimbursed for 10 days mind you the car has been sitting at this Ford location almost 3 weeks so I’ve now incurred a $1000 rental car fee! Also, beware that there will be a new owner every time you visit this location. I cannot wait to get my vehicle back so I can sell it and get Ford out of my life!!!!

No one gets back to you, and you can’t reach anyone in service department at any time of the day. I would rate zero. The one star is for the sales people who actually answer the phone right away.

On Wednesday i took my vehicle for service and Leo Curnca was the associate that helped me with all my vehicle service needs, he's always very helpful and attentive, received excellent customer service. I will return and recommend him to my friends .
