Very friendly staff including the dentist. They knew what they were doing. I opened my mouth and the assistant was able to tell immediately I had braces and which tooth was removed 24 years ago. I was able to get in and get out. I loved the professionalism as well. You feel welcomed as soon as you step into the office, during your visit and when you leave.

So I had to return to this office to have my dental work done; cavities and a crown. The cavity work was okay for the most part. They gave me a bunch of numbing so I wouldn't feel a thing. But when it came to my crown, there was a big problem. They put the temporary crown on & scheduled a return visit. When I sent back in to get my permanent crown - the temporary one was stuck! It was glued on so hard it wouldn't come off. The hygienist was yanking & yanking on it, my mouth started hurting. I asked if they were going to numb me & they said no because usually these procedures are easy & quick, just remove the temporary crown & place to permanent one. But the temporary crown felt permanently stuck on! So 2 different girls had to try yanking on it, then the dentist tried, then eventually they had to drill it off of my tooth! It was painful. It left my gums all tender & sore. It literally felt like they were going to pull my whole tooth out. Another thing that was horrible was that they didn't even put a dental dam in, so all this little flecks and pieces of the temporary crown were going into my mouth & I had to try my best not to swallow any of it, before they eventually suctioned it out. The front desk & everyone has been nice but this whole experience has just reiterated the fact of why I do NOT like the dentist.

if I go 6 months ago for a cleaning, and all one does is get their teeth polished and dental flossed, which is not a real cleaningthen 6 months later come back for another cleaning, and this time even less "cleaning" and I am told for additional charge outside of the insurance coverage the state provides and " we can really really clean your teeth"... The smell of insurance fraud hit my nostrils and was out of there quicker than you can say goodbye.Lots of dentists out there, unless you are totally desperate, keep looking, this one is shady
