WARNING ON COMING HERE0 starsI am not a fan of leaving Yelp reviews but I just want to warn others of the dangers of coming to this place. This place is not client friendly and malpractices dentistry. I came here during Covid after a car accident left me having to replace a crown and cap on 2 of my front teeth. This is an expensive job ($3000/EACH TOOTH) and after my HMO/copay coverage I still had to pay the difference of $450.. the problem was in the overall work. They had promised me the same measurements as my old teeth and they had been servicing me here since I was in elementary school for basic cleaning, so they had my dental history along with X-Rays. This was the sole reason to go to them specifically as I was reluctant and didn't trust the Dentists' vibe from the beginning. Instead Dr.Khalid would come in and talk to me briefly just to show his face and hardly even explain my questions or concerns. His nurses spent more of the time doing the dentist tasks. I felt as a customer I was ignored and only seen as a paycheck. I would explain things and the doctor would seem confused and wouldn't even clarify which I found really disheartening. In the end, the tooth print came after a long wait of 2 months.. and it was installed in my mouth and it was OBVIOUS the tooth doesn't align with the rest. I literally left that place crying to the dentist himself asking for them to fix it after they charged me and they said they can't fix it for me! They said I'd have to PAY AGAIN for a new tooth! This was a mistake by them and they refused to make it right, sadly they could have avoided their mistake was that they could have ACCURATELY measured the symmetrical teeth on the other side instead of being negligent to the practice and the customer. I was 21, traumatized from the car accident, Covid was rampant and even so.. they couldn't care less about my life. (it's only been 2 years and my confidence and ability to even look in the mirror has suffered from this poorly done job.) This place has left Me emotionally scarred and led to me getting depression and a HUGE FEAR in the American dental system and I've refused to go to any other American dentist again for their lack of knowledge, skills, empathy, professionalism, communication, customer service and professional practice. The sad thing is I had been going to them since I was little.. over 10 years! This isn't supposed to pity me I just really want to warn everyone of this place, don't trust them with your face and health, don't bring your money to this business. Go find a dentist that truly is passionate about their practice and wants you to live comfortably and will value your hardworking money! Blessings xx

I had a great experience. Staff was very nice and friendly felt like a family. The doctor did an amazing job on my teeth. One of my fillings had fell out after 3 months and doctor was kind to replace at no charge . Will definitely go back and highly recommend as he is very professional and fast.

Been coming here for years with de Medina and now Dr Khalid, tho I have needed deep cleaning and seen Paulette the Hygienist mostly, Dr Alwardi did my fillings. She guided me through the whole process,she has a nice voice .The noise of the drilling didn't bother me. Only recommend that they need new chairs because it was uncomfortable.

After absolute Terrible service from my Previous Dentist Clinic. I Found A WONDERFUL Dentist Clinic Here. Dr. Khalid is a very Professional, Truthful and Reasonable Dentist. I am Completely satisfied with the service and all the assistants were absolutely sweet ladies. Thank You for accepting me as a client and treating me with respect. I Finally found a clinic worth staying. I appreciate everything.
