This branch has amazing people, who attend you with a smile and friendly attitude, always positive. It's my favorite branch, overall.

Came in today with my daughter who needed to open up an account and a savings account , myself along with my husband and both of our sons have open accounts here at the US branch in staters bros we were helped by Vanessa Vasquez she is the one who we always ask to help us out , she is always super polite and generous and always answers all our questions , and always seems to have a very positive attitude after a busy day dealing with customers!!!! Thank you  so much again Vanessa and US bank for your amazing service

The best one around. Always fast, efficient, helpful, and prepared. I can't say anymore good things about this US bank branch that's in Staters bro. I never had to wait more than 2 min. I hope they keep up the good work and friendly service. It's always. Good plus when your home is close by and you like the people who work there. Covid sucks, but the friendly staff is always nice.

Never experience the best customer service I've ever had. Dylan Masten the US Bank representative has the amazing attitude and professionalism working in a bank. He help set up my daughter to open her bank account. I'll give this guy 2 thumbs up  . Dylan Masten is a "Good" asset for US Bank.
