I'm sure Joe was competence in his day , but too many years have past where he's just a crazy old coot, who farms his work out to young folks who really don't know what they're doing. It would make sense if fresh blood were to take over the firm n knew what they were doing but that's not what's happening here . He over charges and doesn't know what he's doing. He does have one employee, Shana, who's quite energetic and informative but she's not an attorney unfortunately . Plenty of other decent firms in town.

I'm just really disappointed with my experience with this office. They really let me down. I gave Mr. Bently $5,000 to write court documents for me. Although this was a lot of money I was confident that he knew what he was doing. I had to constantly call the office to get him to work on it(around 50 calls) most of the time i was unable to reach him. He said himself that he would need me on the phone while he worked on it, So he only spent a couple hours on my documents. 1 year later my documents were denied and mr Bently said it would cost me another $1500 to appeal it. I was homeless and broke. I borrowed the money from my family. If this was done correctly I would have been living happily with shelter and family but I had to live in my vehicle throughout the pandemic and not to mention I got covid 19. I wish they cared enough to not rip me off, I wish that mr. Bently treated this matter professionally and correctly. When this review was written in 2020 Mr. Bently was a attorney that worked at this law office under the direction of Joe Vandervoort
