i had a case in Trinity county where my rights where totally violated and my possessions where taken. Mr. Berg and his crew got things as good as they could be when dealing with a corrupt system that tried sticking it to me for no reason! I'd go with Berg when dealing with a criminal case in Trinity Co.

If it wasnt for Eric and staff I would have been facing 8 years for crimes I didnt commit. In fact, turns out it was all a premeditated set up by law enforcement. Eric went above and beyond by getting me cleared of any and all charges. Then went after the dirty cops and won, jobs were lost and a substantial civil judgment was awarded in our favor. From which I used to start my Buisness. I have used him multiple times since for my Buisness and just to seek his counsel on civil and buisness legal matters. I wouldnt be where Im at today if it wasnt for him and his all star staff. If you want a legal assassin, your at the right place.

I called about a legal concern and the secretary and the associate were very nice. I was told Mr.Berg was only taking certain types of cases currently. However the associate was very polite and treated me with kindness. And wished me the best.

Mr Berg is a top notch lawyer. Super intelligent and has your best interest in mind. He will let you know if you even have a case before spending loads of money. He also is honest enough to tell you if he knows of a better more specified lawyer. He is very personable and approachable. Honest and efficient.

Avoid this firm unless you have money to throw out. They will charge high and do close to nothing
