Poor maintenance, high price, apartment smell and has mildew, hallways and ceilings in poor conditions

Worst experience living on this property. It is so loud at night with cars speeding down de Soto and Parthenia, numerous accidents at the intersection that will wake u up in the middle of the night.
The air conditioning in this apartment is the worse to have dealing with triple digit weather. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, ALSO WATER TEMPERATURE IS HORRIBLE, it will switch to steaming hot water randomly. Also the water is always shutting off, and the office does NOT inform ahead of time that water will be shut off until seconds before. A huge lack of communication at this property. Cleanliness on the complex I would rate a 2/10.
The office is not informative at all, they are not transparent and will not disclose important information. Rita fails to inform ahead of time PROPERLY. I will not recommend this property to anyone.
