        Great location, nearby necessities, open nature feeling atmosphere. Sam the property manager is very helpful and friendly, greeted me with respect and showed me around the property definitely has been a great help all around. Maintenance has been on a time manner no issues. Recommend

        Sam and Monica are the best managers ever. They are there for you when you need them and are very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend working with either one of them when looking for a apartment.

        I have lived here for 9 years, away from home on business, and have had experiences ranging from 1 to 5 stars with management. The current lineup with Monica and Sam has been great. Maintenance has improved very much due to the management team and a great maintenance team - Paco, Theresa, Francisco and Javier. This works for me. I feel taken care of. Thanks folks!
