        I lived here back in 1992 and it had roaches and bedbugs back then. 31 years later, they seem to have the same issue. I guess the cockroach problem is similar to the homeless one...it will never be resolved.

        This place is an awful place to live. For the ridiculous amount of rent they charge. What they dont tell you is that they use a third party management company that charges you everything so your $1,500 rent turns into $1,700. Washers and dryers are always broken. Laundry room is always dirty. They never fix anything, theres a roach problem. The manager on site is an unprofessional rude lady. Dont bother living here

Issues with pests in your home is certainly a nuisance and we are more than happy to have our pest control vendor address any of your concerns, they service our property twice month. On-site washers and dryers are serviced by a vendor and we assure you that we report all work order requests to the vendor as soon as possible.
