Tara Woods Garden Apartments

Scam. Bait and switch. They advertise rental Apts which they give you photos and virtual tour, and then when you arrive to physically view the apartment, it's not the one they promised was available listed and the management Yahara at Tara Woods Garden Apts advises that the advertised unit is not availabe and was rentedrented and finally confessed to me that it is advertised as their showroom. Waste of time.

I applied here with my husband and I was in the rain for 45 minutes the showing was at 8 am and I called and called and no one came I had to call the maintenance guy who picked up to come get me after that we lost 100$ after applying the lady whos the manager LIVES on property so I dont see what the problem was. The after filling out the application, I have a ESA dog and she decided to ask what my disability is and thats illegal to ask someones disability and health records. AVOID this place! They are very inconsiderate of people. The apartment was nice. But beyond that if you already having problems before living there dont go! This place the management is terrible. Good thing we found elsewhere.

I had nowhere to post this review except here. Contacted them for a scheduled showing. They set a scheduled time well in advance. Last minute (the day before) they contacted me saying there was no availability. Referred me to the Topanga Villa apartment complex. Scheduled another showing well in advance. Once again canceled last minute. Very unprofessional. They didn't even apologize to me and just said they would pass along the feedback. If they can't even schedule a showing properly I can't even imagine them doing anything else better. Avoid at all costs.
