        Just tried to make a business deposit there was absolutely no line behind me and Matthew refuses to run my checks while I'm there. No indication that they will be of any benefit if somethings wrong with my deposit. I will just have to come back to fix it on my own.

        Tried to deposit checks from my business today. Matthew refuses to run them while I am here in person. There was absolutely no one behind me in line. Unsure why this branch has this ridiculous policy or maybe its just Matthew s decision. But if somethings off on my deposit of several dozen checks, I dont want to have to drive back up here to figure it out.

        I got in line to make a deposit.  I had a question and that is why I did not use the ATM. Not one customer in the bank.   I was told by a male teller it would be a minute-no problem.  He and a female teller were talking about how to do whatever transaction he was working on-I waited and listened.  Why she couldn't help me was a mystery...very poor customer service.  I left and will not be returning to the Cameron Park Branch.  El Dorado Hills is just as close to me and they have always been most professional.
