I call CASSILETH Plastic Surgery my happy place. From the moment I walked in the door in March of 23, the patient care, professionalism, surgical results and understanding have been unparalleled. Both Dr.s CASSILETH and Hussain are two of the best surgeons I have ever come across and the kindest people one could hope to meet. The entire staff goes above and beyond during every moment of the surgical process. After having a nightmare surgery in New York, Dr. Cassileth knew I was fairly panic stricken at the thought of another surgery. Her kindness and consideration will never be forgotten. I am overjoyed with the results of my breast reduction and facelift.

In May of 2022, I underwent an elective double mastectomy with reconstruction, and in February of 2023 I had a fat graft and mastoplexy to complete my reconstruction. Dr Cassileth was my plastic surgeon and Im here to tell you that she is an artist! By facing being a high risk for breast cancer, Ive come out the other side with that risk reduced to as close to 0% as one can be and I have beautiful breasts. Through Dr Cassileths state of the art methods, we preserved my nipples and she performed a nerve graft so I maintained sensation. My end result would rival any statue of Venus. Honestly, after my fat graft I cried with joy when I saw how beautiful she made me look. It doesnt end there, she took the fat from my inner knee and outer thigh, not only do I have lovely breasts, I know have elongated legs. I could not be happier with the results and the care of her entire team! For both surgeries I stayed with their aftercare team. Carollee heads up Palladium Aftercare and trust me, no one will be able to take care of you post op, like Carollee and her team. Their care is top notch, the nurses are lovely. Do not try to go straight home after surgery, do yourself a favor and choose the aftercare. Youll thank me later. Everyday I thank my lucky stars for Dr Cassileth!

I had the pleasure of going to Dr. Cassileth and her incredible team for a significant breast reduction (DDD to a large A); they made every step of the process as easy and comfortable as possible and were able to achieve the exact, beautiful results I had hoped for. I am in my early 20s and examined many different clinics prior to this procedure, but Dr. Cassileths practice stood out above the rest for their kind professionalism, all women surgeons and staff, and enthusiastic commitment to helping their patients reach highly personalized goals for their breast reductions/reconstructions. I could not be happier with Dr. Cassileths work and am so thankful to her, the medical staff and assistants who have been a part of my experience.
