When I was 17, I decided to get a septorhinoplasty. I only met with one plastic surgeon, who seemed nice and said what I wanted to hear. But that was a mistake on my part; I should have gotten more opinions and done more research. A month after my primary surgery, I noticed a slight deviation, and by the six-month mark, the deviation was significantly visible. I regretted getting the surgery and wished I could go back in time. I was depressed for a couple of years, but I was too scared and did not trust that surgeon to try to fix whatever mistake he made. I was so young, and I wish someone had given me the advice I hope to share with you. Eleven years after my primary rhinoplasty, my sister decided to get a rhinoplasty. I explained to her my mistakes and I didnt want her to repeat them and go through everything I went through. So I accompanied her to meet a couple of plastic surgeons, one being Dr. Rady. He was honest and did not give her any false expectations, unlike some other surgeons who promised her nose would look like a photoshopped image they created. My sister went with Dr.Rady, and after seeing my sister's results, I began to think about getting a revision rhinoplasty. A year later, I was ready to meet with a couple of surgeons. I met with 2, one being Dr.Rady, which I already knew I was going to go with him, but I figured Id get another opinion. Dr.Rady was honest, showed attention to the smallest detail, his experience and knowledge was visible through his demeanor. Dr. Rady t promise me a perfect nose, but a significantly better nose than what I had. I trusted him with my nose and so I decided to get a revision rhinoplasty on 10/24/22. I am now 6 weeks post op and I am grateful for Dr.Rady. He is highly skilled and knows what he is doing. Even though my tip is still swollen, I am very pleased with the results. I can feel my septum and it is straight and the overall appearance of my nose looks much better. As you can see from my pictures, my nose was very crooked after my first septorhinoplasty. After Dr.Rady performed my revision, my nose looks natural again, its straight, and its still healing, so I trust it will only get better. I will update you all six months from today. If you are considering getting a primary or revision rhinoplasty, please meet with multiple highly experienced surgeons, do your digging on them, and take your time. This surgery will be with you for the rest of your life.

My breast reconstruction journey started 22 years ago with my original saline implants that were placed above the muscle. Almost immediately I felt they were firm and I learned I had capsular contracture. I had no idea what that was at the time. Although they didnt feel or look terrible my left implant ruptured five years after placement so I immediately had it replaced to match the right. Fast forward 11 years and my right implant ruptured. At this point I wanted to make the move to silicone and the doctor suggested we stay above the muscle and just go a little larger to keep it easy. In my first week post-op I already had capsular contracture, again. I felt defeated. They were very big, hard, felt uncomfortable and looked like a cartoon, I hated them. I couldnt find a sports bra to keep me supported and I had a hard time finding tops I could wear and close over my chest due to their size, then, the neck pain started. The neck pain was unbearable and I knew then I needed to have them addressed. I spent weeks researching surgeons and ultimately scheduled consultations with three doctors. What drew me to Dr. Rahban was his straight forward communication style, his intense attention for detail, and his passion to ensure I was informed of why this happened to me and what was needed to correct it. When he talks, you listen, b/c its a level and depth of information no other plastic surgeon will spend the time to share w you, I now know this. After a thorough consult we had a plan and it was much more complex then I ever imagined but I had every confidence in his ability to execute it. We removed my saline implants, corrected my pockets, swapped for a smaller silicone implant that was placed below the muscle and lifted the breasts as well. My neck pain disappeared immediately, my clothes fit the way they should and I now have natural, soft breasts for the first time. Dr. Rahban is everything you want in a surgeon caring for you and delivering your best results, I am so genuinely grateful to have worked with him.

My experience with Dr. Rahban, his staff and facility is beyond words. I live in Seattle and decided after much research to go to Dr. Rahban to replace my old implants. The consultation went well and he was able to answer all my concerns and questions via video chat. The day before surgery I went in to talk to him about the procedure and he was able to give me a clearer picture on what will happen with my case. With my previous surgery with another doctor 13 years ago, I developed symmastia. In my case my chest was very concave, thus when the old implants were placed, they just were so close together and never settled correctly. Dr. Rahban was able to see this issue during surgery and was able to help correct it by creating a Neo pocket for the new implant. With this, the symmastia that I had resolved and my implants still looked perfectly shaped and feminine. Not only did he correct that issue, his technique is so excellent that I did not have any issues post op. I never had to take any pain meds after surgery and I felt great, like I never happened. His skill set is incredible and I am so lucky that I went to him. I highly recommend Dr. Rahban for any procedure. He is wonderful and I'm so glad he took care of me.

2YR POST-OPT & Life couldn't be any better Hello I am officially 2 years post opt for my rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. My journey with Dr.Rahban and his team has been nothing more than exceptional. I can not put into words how grateful I am to Dr.Rahban and his entire team. From my first consultation everyone was so helpful and friendly, high professional with a beautiful smile on their face that always helps calm the nerves down. Going into the actual consultation with Dr.Rahban immediately made me feel very comfortable with all his medical knowledge. At first I was just looking into a rhinoplasty as that was my main insecurity. Dr. Rahban has great expertise and he was always very informative and always gave me his most honest raw opinion and advice. Which I was very grateful for because it gave me a better understanding. I originally had in mind just a rhinoplasty however Dr.Rahban being the amazing surgeon that he his, mentioned to me how I had a weak chin. Me automatically.. Weak Chin?!??? I didn't even know what that meant. But very patiently Dr.Rahban explained to me how this will ultimately benefit me and will give me a better result. We analyzed together a few before and after photos from previous work he's done for rhino and chin work, and I knew right away that was the best decision for me. At no given time did Dr.Rahban ever made me feel pressured or uncomfortable with the idea of doing my chin, he never ever forced me going with a chin implant, he made sure I was always comfortable with all the information he was providing and ultimately told me to think about it. A few weeks later came and it was time for my surgery. Going into it I was calm because I knew I had chosen the best surgeon and my life was in great hands. I know everyone has different experiences and pain tolerance. But I had no pain what's so ever and very mild bruising. That was something I was a bit scared of when you search rhinoplasty you see how a lot of people have a lot of bruising near their eyes and nose area. But not my case, not a lot all !!! I have pictures which show how I came out and everyone was so shocked to see that my only bruising was just near my neck area . I had such an easy and smooth recovery. In my most honest opinion on a scale from 1-10 of pain I would sincerely just rate a 2 and not because of pain but mainly because of discomfort having to breath from my mouth ofcourse. Going to my first post opt appt I was very excited but nervous. The fact that I was sooo insecure about my nose and looking at myself in the mirror and being unhappy for such a long time. That when I saw myself for the first time I immediately came to tears. I completely felt like a different person, I couldn't believe the difference it had made. Dr.Rahban had let me know what he wanted for me a natural looking nose nothing that looks like a slop and nothing exaggerated. It was such a natural change, and I couldn't believe it. I'm eternally grateful for Dr.Rahban and his team. After that I have gone a few more times for post opt appointment, again something a lot of surgeons don't do ! But Dr.Rahban does!! He makes sure everything is okay with his clients being and outcomes. Overall my life has completely changed, and this is all thanks to Dr.Rahban. If you or anyone you know of is looking into getting a rhinoplasty, chin augmentation. Please make a consultation with Dr.Rahban. He is definitely an amazing surgeon with soo soo much knowledge, talent, and expertise. Always looking for what's best for each patient. He will definitely not disappoint. I travelled from Vancouver BC to get a rhinoplasty with Dr Rahban. His staff are wonderful. Office is clean and bright. Surgery went very well. Super happy with the results, better than any doctor in Canada. Doctor wanted to see me 1 week, 2 week, 4 week and 8 week post op for follow ups. Hes very detailed, caring and warm. I wouldnt have gone anywhere else for this surgery. The travel time was well worth it. In the future I will most definitely see him for any other procedures. I fully trust his work, and appreciate the care his team and him have given me. ***1 year update*** Couldnt be happier with my nose. Just had my final follow up appt with Dr Rahban. Surgical skills aside, hes the nicest, friendliest, and most attentive doctor Ive ever interacted with. He was right when he originally told me about post care, how important it is, it really has payed off because my nose is exactly how I imagined a perfect nose should be. Thank you!!
