        Home Owners Beware!! Loan Depot is dishonest. I applied for a home refinance. Harry Oda and Chad Davis handled my loan Ap. They guaranteed my loan was approved, and then charge me $495.00 for an appraisal and $18.00 for credit check all to turn around to tell me that my loan was declined. Now I'm out $513.00 out of my pocket. Do not give these men any up front payments
