Darius Sepehripour is a magician! Because of his expertise and knowledge of the mortgage loan process, I just celebrated the first Christmas and New Year in a beautiful condo that I didnt imagine was possible I could own three months ago. From the beginning of the process, he was honest and straightforward about what was achievable with my financial background and never made a promise he couldnt deliver on. This was my first solo purchase of a home and I was crazy nervous, but because of his guidance, I always knew what to expect and I always felt protected. Darius Seperi Is the best mortgage professional in the town. We were in escrow for over 2 1/2 month, got rejected from three different lenders and five Loan Officer could not find The Lender to get this done because of agriculture, commercial -residential and off grid situation, so it was really hard to get this loan. We met Darius CEO of kindhomelones, he came up very confidence and he said hes gonna do this loan in 20 days. As he promised, he got us the loan with the lowest down payment possible and gave us closing cost credit and on top of that because of him, we negotiate seller credit and Closed it in 20 days.
