        Bought the most expensive rocking chair for our new born and the motor failed. After waiting 2 months a service tech informed us it could not be fixed they would need to take the chair. We use it every day . We need it repaired. As a update 3 months later pottery barn brought us a new chair. I still wouldnt buy this chair again but at least they made it right.

        I like this store very much but the staff! here are so unhelpful when you ask them something they always have an attitude and that's very discouraging even to go into the store anymore and I really hoping that management sees this review because they really need to talk to their staff how about their customer service.
