Pottery Barn

So back in September I custom made a Big Sur sofa at this location. With the intentions it was going to come in 2/3 months the employee claimed. After spending close to $9,000 on a couch Ive still yet to receive it.. the only update Ive been provided is that their has been a delay and now I wont receive my sofa till April. I am extremely disappointed in potterybarn.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Austin is extremely unprofessional and a flat out liar. Not only did I not receive an itema very expensive item I ordered in October 2021 on the date Austin and Pottery Barn promised, but I have yet to receive it as of the date of posting. Austin and Pottery Barn will not return any of my calls about the status of the order. Austin convinced me to place the order with him directly as opposed to the website (he probably receives some form of incentive for doing so) and now I cant get a response from anyone. I will be filing a complaint with the Better business bureau. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

Great Place! Im so sad to hear this place is closing Permanently! Its the Last Pottery Barn in the city what a disappointment.

What the hell - I have always thought Pottery Barn was high quality but with my personal experience, it has been terrible. Our registry had so many technical issues where Pottery Barn would add random things and not mark things as purchased etc. We have had these plates/bowls etc for only a month when I noticed all of those scratch marks on the plates...I expected these to last us a long time...obviously not. Also my husband was putting the dishes away the other night and one of the bowls CHIPPED! Like what is this quality issue...bummer.

I purchased a bathroom vanity and it came with these big cracks after months of wait. Customer service does nothing but read the script and told me there is no way they can help.
