Save On Furniture Direct

I ordered the couch in December  but it didn't arrive until 4 months later. Despite the really long wait, the sofa set was delivered and it was beautiful and exactly like the pic. Given that the price was so much lower than my local stores, the wait time seem to be a fair trade. I definitely would recommend them as well as use them again in the future should the need arise.

I put in my order around mid September and got my furniture delivered 1st week of November (live in MD and furniture came from Cali). To be honest, initially I was a little bit skeptical because I never buy furniture online especially if it's over 1 grand but I was not disappointed. I called customer service just to make sure they had the actual furniture I was purchasing and to be sure that it was a legit trade. I ordered the model 5022X and the same way it appeared on the website is the same exact kind that was delivered to me. Same color, and much bigger than what the picture projected. The furniture definitely filled my living room. I also paid for curb side delivery and the driver helped me carry the furniture into the house. I definitely recommend this to anyone because I sure wasn't disappointed when I got my furniture. In fact, I was really excited and pleased with the whole process.PS...be ready to take out trash because the protection and packaging of the furniture is something else....if you pay for installation, you won't have to deal with the trash after they set up your furniture because they will take it with them.

I had an overall pleasant experience with this company. Although hesitant to buy at first because of the waiting time I figured I could wait anyways as my downstairs apartment had been having work done to it before I could officially move in. The catch is if you can wait, you can get it cheaper. I couldn't complain, even though furniture got here in 2 weeks than 2 months the sectional sofa was custom ordered to fit in the exact size of my living room, another thing this company can do for you at a relative price increase. If you're serious about your decor, they can do custom built furniture to fit in any space big or small. The customer sales representative kept in touch to let me know the process of my order the delay occurred. The delivery was not brought in my home otherwise it would have cost extra. You will most likely need help with such heavy items like a bed or sofa if you order.
