Chase Bank

They have very limited parking validation if at all. Customer service is poor Bank employees display zero common sense. If you are stuck in a bind good luck they won't be any help.

The security guard at the front screamed at me after I opened the door (which was NOT locked), came running after me, flicked me off and threatened to call the cops and all I wanted to do was use the ATM on a Sunday. Ive been a chase customer since I was 3 years old, my family has been for 40 years, and Ive never experienced such a terrible person. This individual needs to be fired immediately and is a terrible representation of what chase banks service has been in the past. Tall, balding, aggressive man. Please chase look into who youre hiring and blacklist this terrible security guard.

Reasonably good as far as bank branches in this area go. Not terrible and not extraordinary in any sense. Serviceable, but go to a non-mega commercial bank if you can.

It's nice bank good customer service. The lane is always fast.
