        Made an appointment to open a trust account. After 40 minutes of waiting and providing all the info, no trust account. They told me they need to speak to the branch manager, but the manager won't be back until tomorrow. So I'd have to come back. No thank you. I closed my business account with them and will find a bank that can do simple transactions. If you can't provide basic banking services, please just close and don't waste my time.

        If you want a branch that gives false promises and lies go for it worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a bank. The lack of communication and the broken promises Ill never use US BANK again. Amit and Alex will tell you theyre sorry a million times well sorry doesnt fix your mistakes. Trash
