My dog was diagnosed with a tooth that is infected and needs extraction. I called VCA and was advised that they would not be able to help in a timely manner because they would need to see my dog multiple times prior to the extraction thus unable to be timely. Red flag! I understand if they need to see her once and take blood to do blood work and then schedule the extraction but they said it would require multiple visits. Clearly they are not interested in assisting a dog until they make a certain amount from general appointments. Scary stuff!

I take my cat here. Good service and friendly staff. She has gotten spayed & vaccinated here. Staff was very helpful post operation. No complaints!!!!

Always great visits, doctors are excellent and helpful in explaining conditions and treatments. All staff is great. You might pay a little more, but you get a little more. I'm very okay with that.
Also, easy pay with immediate email receipt. Place is sterile and clean. One demerit is customer benches/chairs, in waiting area and the one exam room I visited. There are hard and uncomfortable, wooden seat area, no cushions. I don't have much padding back there and it was bad for me.
