Hi Michaela Luckey. We apologize for the unfavorable experience you felt you had while visiting our center as you should always expect professional and courteous service when visiting The UPS Store. After reviewing store footage of the transaction, we did see that the associate did properly greet you as soon as you entered store, assisted you right away, and was very patient even as it took 5 minutes for your label to come through to our email. The questions she had asked regarding whether you had a printer at home/work to print the label or if you still had the original box was not meant in a way to get you to come back another time. Rather, it was asked in her effort to save you some money on your return especially since you mentioned you were bringing it in for someone else. She, then, took the time to find a box that would fit your item, printed out your label once it was received, packed the item at the counter, rang up the transaction, provided you with both the transaction and drop-off receipt, and wished you a wonderful day. Nevertheless, we do take all feedback seriously and have discussed the matter with our associate. We are sorry that the associate's efforts did not resonate well with you, and we hope we can offer a better experience during your next visit.
