Marisa at cvs store (6601 Stine Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93313 )and other lady look like she is a manager in brown color shirt both the ladies talking about there makeup rather then helping costumers .
I went return my package looks like she lazy to do return for Amazon ups service , after make me standing for 30 with my kids she said I need tape the box most of the ups associates do the for return boxes .
She noticed me 30 min earlier and didnt say nothing .
She need learn the customer service and need to be polite, and store was empty looks she not happy to work.

Went yesterday and it was so fast and easy I was nervous cuz never done this before and was afraid my package would get lost just didn't know what to expect anyways I went in and looked around the young girl at the counter by the checkouts saw me called me over and checked in my return she was very nice, processional. She explain to me the process, was very easy nothing for me to worry about, she asked me if I wanted the confirmation of the return through text or email. Feels good to know I can keep ordering
stuff and can return it with no problem .

So the worker Sam cannot do her job properly, it's like she doesn't want to be there. On Saturday I went to drop of my packages, but since I didn't have the tracking number I was going to have to pay to get them printed, which was fine. Then as I was going to pay she then asked for my Amazon account. Which from what I am aware of she doesn't need. So I decided to leave and print the pages myself, but when I came back she again did not want to properly help me. I was sending my packages in three separate boxes like I received them, but she said they had to be in one box because the tracking number was the same. So luckily I was able to fit everything in one box. But this experience was very unpleasant, I could have done this all on Saturday if she would have just done her job properly and not have to waste gas to make another round.
