My order never arrived and every time I called about it they would say it would be delivered the next business day my package was for a foster child for Christmas I even told the customer service representative that. Now because of this shipping company that foster child will not get a Christmas gift. I dont have extra money to buy the foster child another gift this gift is what he really wants for Christmas

My equipment was shipped and arrived at the wrong address. I waited on hold for more than an hour, and once they answered they assured me Id have it either later this day or the next. Long story short. 5 days later I still dont have the package. And I cant get anyone to answer their 800 phone number. I just hung up again after holding for an hour and twenty minutes. If these people want to play with the big boys they need to conduct business as such. Companies probably use them because theyre super cheap m. But theyre super cheap because they arent good. Save your money, time, and your breathe.

Dropped a package at the Ming box, and they "couldn't find it", then a week later delivered it. It was time sensitive documents so there was no use in delivering late. They then told us they don't issue any refunds, but reduced the charge from Overnight to ground shipping costs. Shame on them for this. Now two days ago I dropped a package at the F st. box, and it still doesn't show that they have even picked it up, another time sensitive package that our client has not received. I used to push for anyone to use GLS, but now we will be using another resource for reliable deliveries. It's such a shame how quickly this company has gone downhill.

Dont bother paying them for overnight shipping. I watched their delivery truck drive by and within 5 minutes my delivery was rescheduled to the next day without even attempting to delivery. Theres no reason why the driver couldnt attempt to deliver the package.
