Clean, Friendly staff, not terribly busy, i like the layout of the white lane gym. And the people that go there are friendly as well.

Friendly staff, clean atmosphere. If your looking for a trainer I highly recommend Dan or Megan. I've been coming 3 months and I've seen noticeable results:)

Great gym, really good atmosphere, great music, really good personal trainers, and open 24/7, I get really great advice from Mary.

It's all ladies.

It’s a whole body workout in minimal time. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They offer so much more than just a workout.

Terrible business practices. I cancelled my membership, per the month to month contract agreement, yet they continue to take money from my debit card.

This place is literally not as good as any other gym its to expensive then make you sign a contract and was of time so dont recommend to sign up any other gym is better
