I love Jasons bootcamp! I started going to R12 in the summer of 2021, Ive lost count of how many challenges Ive taken, its addicting! I love the atmosphere, working out in a group setting motivates me to go harder, we push and support each other. Jason makes it really fun with his humor but still pushes us, which is what I need. Ive lost over 20 lbs over several challenges combined.

Fantastic experience! Coach Jason motivates you and challenges you to push your limits. The detox plan that he offers is effective and you are provided with support every step of the way. I greatly enjoy the fun and encouraging environment that Jason creates. I highly recommend R12 Fitness!

Amazing experience! Coach Jason is the best he gives you the tools you need to accomplish your goals. I would have never thought I would be where I am now thanks to him. I have 6 months here. I was 330pds, now im at 260, which I couldn't believe and I'm still going for more. If you guys are looking for change, come on down to R12 and give it a chance.

R12 is the place to be if you needed guided training, encouragement and a family like environment. I am half way through the bootcamp and was so happy to see results after only a few weeks. The DETOX was one of my favorite things implemented, since we are guided to the exact foods we should be eating with pictures, store locations and everything we needed to be successful. I LOST 4 POUNDS IN JUST ONE WEEK! If you need results, R12 is the place to be! Plus the coach Jason is an amazing person who really cares, is encouraging and makes exercising fun and engaging. :)
