Horrible experience... lack of professionalism... They lack ability to submit pre-authorizations, and properly communicate with patients. They set ridiculous office policies. I had a serious medical issue that prevented me from doing a crown as quickly as I'd have liked to. (Won't resubmit pre-authorizations a second time.) Office is filthy, dentist is more concerned with flirting with assistant, hygienist doesn't do a true deep cleaning. DONT BELIEVE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS- THEY GIVE OUT $10 TARGET CARDS OUT FOR THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I've been in the dental field for over 25 yrs, only tried this place due to insurance carrier. Spare yourself the horrible experience, there are many other great dentists in town!!! Hope this helps people... It's all true!
